Q: Why Take New York Improv Defensive Driving Course
A: Ticket Dismissal /Point Reduction
It will help you refresh your driving knowledge and you may be eligible to reduce as many as four (4) points on your driving record
Insurance Reduction
You will qualify for an insurance reduction of a minimum 10% in the base rate of your auto or motorcycle liability and collision coverage over 3 years

Q: My driving record is clean. Will I still benefit?
A: Yes, by saving on your insurance.
Q: I took a course for an insurance discount within last three years and just got points on my record.
A: You can take the course again. You are allowed to take the course for Point Reduction every 18 months.
Q: Will I save more if members of my family take the course?
A: Yes. The insurance premium will apply to all motor vehicles principally operated by members of the family who complete the course. Please note that the discount can be applied to only one driver for each covered vehicle. Make sure you check with your own insurance company for specifics on how discounts will be applied.
